Where do I login to see my prepay account?
- SmartHub is the new prepay management tool. You can visit SmartHub via the web at mycentral.smarthub.coop or download the Apple or Android app.
- MyUsage will be discontinued April 28.
What are benefits to SmartHub?
- SmartHub offers better integration with Central’s systems and provides users with a better experience.
- Previously, members accessed their usage and set notifications using MyUsage but were required to use SmartHub for making payments via the web. Now SmartHub is a one-stop shop for prepay members.
What is the timeline for the conversion?
- Prepay members must create a SmartHub account prior to April 28 as MyUsage will no longer be accessible after that date.
I’ve created a SmartHub account, what now?
- Remember the account balance you see in SmartHub will not be correct until the conversion takes place on April 28.
- You need to set up notifications. We are unable to import your notification settings from MyUsage, so please login to SmartHub and navigate to Settings, Edit/Manage Notifications, Billing. You will not be able to do this until April 28.
- Download the SmartHub app on your Apple or Android device for the best mobile experience.
What else is new?
- There will no longer be a $5 per month prepay fee!
- Your balance will look different in SmartHub. If you pay $25 on your account, the Prepaid Credit Balance will show -$25.00. You will need to make a payment on your account before you reach a credit balance of $0.
