On occasion, Central has used electric poles that are provided free to members. When poles are available, a date will be set for members to pick them up at our facilities in Stillwater. Poles will be loaded at the west campus of CREC, 3304 S. Boomer Road.

Pole pickup guidelines:
- First come first serve
- We will load out until we are out of poles or until 2pm.
- We will load poles up to 4’ past the tail of the trailer
- For liability reasons, you will need to remain in your vehicle during the loadout process. We will load your trailer with our skid steer.
- For liability reasons only CREC employees are allowed to cut poles on CREC Property.
- You will be asked to sign a hold harmless document making you responsible for the poles that you take.
- Enter the facility at the gate by the distribution warehouse, then follow the signs back to the pole yard.
- Please bring straps or chains and boomers to secure your load. We will supply red caution tape to mark the end of your load.
- After securing your load, please follow the signs to exit the facility onto 32nd street.
