Terms and Conditions of Service are designed to govern the supplying and taking of electric service in a manner which will provide each member with reliable and adequate power, consistent with sound business practices and safety procedures for the protection of the member and Central Rural Electric Cooperative.

Bylaws
The bylaws are rules adopted by Central Rural Electric Cooperative to govern the cooperative. The bylaws and any amendments to the bylaws are voted on by the membership.

Rates
Central Rural Electric Cooperative is dedicated to providing electricity that is safe, reliable and affordable. Central's management and board of trustees regularly monitor rates to ensure that they are equitable among all rate classes. This protect members from cross-subsidization or unfair distribution of cost.

Annual Report
Financial integrity is the most critical responsibility of Central’s board of trustees. Oversight of the cooperative’s finances in true alignment with the cooperative’s financial plan is core to Central’s financial integrity.
