During the next few weeks, Centranet (via Pivot Group) will be conducting a survey about internet service in your community. This survey will ask several questions about your current internet experience, as well as your interest in Centranet’s internet service.

The input received will help us better understand and evaluate how well current options are meeting community needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

In exchange for participating, survey respondents will have the option at the end of the survey to enter a drawing for one of six Amazon eGift cards valued at up to $300.

Those who have Centranet available to them but are not subscribers will be asked to participate in the survey via email. To ensure your responses remain confidential and anonymous, we have partnered with Pivot Group, a national research firm, to administer the survey and compile the results. The survey invitation email will be sent from pivot@qualtrics.survey.com.

Surveys will start being emailed on Thursday, March 26, 2026, and will wrap up by Saturday, April 11.
